The variety of food options here is impressive, the location is fantastic with many bars and restaurants nearby, and it's convenient being only 200 meters away from the bus stop.

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

For a four-star, it leaves a lot to be desired. Not a single socket in the whole room, just the bathroom socket, so we had to take turns charging the mobile. toilets in the bathroom are very old, same color as the salmon they used to have in the 80s. radiators didn't work, thermostat to regulate the air heating wasn't working, so we were cold. views were not good. As we were going as a group, we could see that these failures are generalized in all the rooms we were in. Of the two elevators I had, one was disabled by refurbishment, so the service elevator for guests was enabled. You could spend 5 or 10 minutes waiting for the elevator. Maybe they should refurbish it at another time with fewer guests in the hotel, not in December.. sofas in the common areas need an urgent change because of the wear and tear on them. idea of having to leave them the keys of the car if you leave it in the parking lot didn't seem right either. I paid on the way out of the hotel they tried to charge me 45 euros too much. Luckily I realized that while I was still in Andorra.. For half the price I've been in much better hotels.

staff is very friendly at all times and food in the cover bar is of excellent quality and good value.

two elevators were damaged, one for several days and other on several occasions. Our room was not well soundproofed against outside noise. There was a constant noise during the day and at night as it was directed towards a kind of roof where we assume the air-conditioning units were located. It was room 520. wardrobe cost a lot to open the sliding door, we talked about it at reception, they said that someone from maintenance would come, we don't know if they did, it remained the same. fridge was not cooling and they forgot to put the welcome water. Unkempt rooms, furniture that doesn't fit, some with the edges unstuck. children's area, quite depressing, few things and half of them don't work.

The breakfast with a view of the mountains is as described, and the unit is well-kept and spacious for the price, with an excellent location close to all the shops.

It is not a 4 star hotel, rooms are nice and clean but they would need an update.

Well located, close to Meritxell Avenue (commercial avenue) and just 10 minutes walk from Caldea, it is a comfortable hotel, with a good value for money, attentive and friendly staff. We were only able to enjoy one night's stay, we felt very welcome. Besides, triple room is spacious and bathroom is very complete, it even has a bidet.

The hangers in the closet were very flimsy, they fell over by themselves. Maybe it would have been nice to have one more card (the card worked as a key and also necessary to have light in the room because it must be left on a switch intended for that purpose) as we were 3 adults to have more independence and flexibility, but it is true that we were offered at the reception if we wanted some more card and we declined because we thought it was not necessary in such a short stay.

Prime location, close to the main shopping street, Caldea Spa, and plenty of restaurants and shops, making it super convenient to get around. the room was well-kept and tidy, a good deal for the price. the staff were all friendly and quick to resolve any issues that popped up. 👍

Decent and convenient location, close to Illa Carlemany Shopping Center. Delicious and great breakfast for the start of the day with omelet, the whole good food, a fixed.

The room and bathroom are well-maintained with a bathtub, and the location is ideal, just a short walk from a bus stop and a moderate distance from Caldea.

Hotel perfectly located for shopping, visiting the centre and driving around. It has parking which is very important, since it is practically impossible to park in the street. To stand out as a strong point, going with a 3 years old child, its kids zone available 24 hours, where my son enjoyed a lot.

One of the elevators was not working, luckily they enabled the service elevator and we did not have any problem, it is something that should be taken into account, especially when your room is in a 5º, you go with a small child and it is also high season, so the influx is higher. as I said it was not a problem for us because they gave us the solution. On the other hand, room has everything and size is very good, it would only lack some plug next to the bed to be able to charge the mobile :)

Everything was excellant, magnificent location so close to the main ski resorts and the local restaurants, very nice experience. Our quadruple room was brand-new with an amazing view of the mountains. It had a comfortable bed and included a fairly clean bathroom a hairdryer and a bidet...

the breakfast was delicious and satisfactory. Our room had nice views and a great bathroom with a bathtub. 3. the staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel comfortable. 4. the location was superb, right next to Sant Pere Martir Church.

The hotel has a fantastic location, just minutes away from Caldea and other attractions in Andorra la Vella. The staff are friendly and keep the place clean. The room is quiet, beautiful, and well-equipped with essentials like climate control and electric outlets. The view of the mountains is exceptional. It is set in a lovely area close to the main shopping street and a nice pedestrian commercial center.

The airy twin room here had a safe, power sockets, and fast Wi-Fi, with very good service.
